One-on-One Coaching
As women, we often juggle multiple roles and responsibilities, and are many things to many people. I understand the challenges you face, the desires you hold, and the dreams that can easily be put on the backburner. I know what it feels like to be ‘stuck.’
The good news is that positive, sustainable change is possible when we have the right knowledge, encouragement, and tools to move toward what truly matters to us.
My journey as a personal development coach and educator has shown me that transformation begins with a strong foundation—understanding who we are, what we want, and why our goals matter.
Each coaching session is tailored to your individual needs and can be held over Zoom or in person if you’re based in the Wellington area.
I work with women on what is most important to them.

A 50-minute coaching session. Designed to support you to gain clarity, insight, and actionable steps.
To be completed within three months. This package is designed to help you gain deeper self-understanding and create lasting, meaningful change.
Clients who choose the 6-session package receive reflection exercises to deepen the coaching process, along with post-session summary notes to support ongoing growth.
